Overlooking the world’s most famous dive site:
The Blue Hole Visitors’ Facilities is a project built in collaboration with UNDP and the Ministry of Environmental Affairs as a part of strengthening the protected area financing and management systems project in the Egyptian protectorates. The project consists of three main buildings: An entrance and ticketing facility, an administration building, and a dry toilets facility; as well as other urban interventions such as benches, diving sheds, and shading devices. The scope of the project was built using local materials for the main purpose of preserving the protectorate as an international diving site for its unique marine life.
